Opportunity:

Nova Leah seeks an innovative and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) Associate to support our rapid expansion into enterprise medical device manufacturers.

Nova Leah’s SelectEvidence SaaS solution is a first of its kind expert cybersecurity system providing medical device manufacturers with an automated solution for implementing and maintaining cybersecurity requirements across medical device product portfolios.

In this role the BDR Associate will be responsible for the leadership of a growing customer success function. The Customer Success Manager will report directly to the V.P. of Cyber Program Initiatives (VP Sales – TBD), influencing and shaping the future strategy of the organization

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for our ideal SelectEvidence software buyers and conducting through a variety of channels (email, phone, social media, industry organizations, etc.) to engage
  • Lead generation, scheduling meetings and product demonstrations, leading introductory sales calls, follow-up conversations, business case presentations, and contract negotiations for target prospects
  • Working your way through the hierarchy of medical device manufacturer and healthcare businesses, pitching mid-level and senior executives
  • Providing constant feedback to leadership, sales, marketing, and product so that we can continuously improve our technology, messaging and sales collateral

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Software or medical device sales background
  • Familiar with CRM software (preferably software)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Bachelor of Science degree or
  • 2+ years of business development sales experience
  • Experience in a pure, outbound sales role
  • Top-notch organizational and follow up skills
  • You are a strong communicator- both verbal/on the phone and written
  • Goal-oriented with a history of crushing quota
  • Analytical by nature
  • A strong relationship builder, with the ability to take sophisticated prospects through a sales process

Deploying SelectEvidence® on the Azure Cloud is a pivotal component for Nova Leah and we are currently expanding the software development capacity within the organisation to facilitate this. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Azure Cloud Provisioning Architect to take up a senior role within the software development division.

We seek applications from candidates with the following experience:

  • BSc in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Microsoft solution’s design subject matter expert including experience in the following:
    • Cloud Platform (Azure)
    • Data Platform – Microsoft (On-premise & Cloud)
    • J2EE framework
    • Linux-based system/application development
    • Experience on Azure Portal and Azure Tenants
    • JSon and XML is a Plus
  • Azure APIs and Micro-services development
  • Azure security and best practice deployment
  • Have at least 3 years’ experience of working in Java software development teams, and developing Azure based software solutions
  • Perform audits of customer usage and uptime

Opportunity:

  1. Have at least 3 years’ experience of working in software development teams
  2. Have at least 3 years’ experience as a UX or Interaction Designer. 
  3. Relevant Degree in a Design Related Discipline such as Web Development, Visual Communications/Graphic Design/ Interaction Design. 
  4. Knowledgeable in frontend wireframing mockup tools and have experience of developing wireframe/mockup prototypes for the development team.
  5. Experienced in streamlining the user experience and flow of features within an application.
  6. Solid online portfolio of design work
  7. Ability to articulate creative ideas along with strong presentation skills. 
  8. Solid understanding of typography, layout, and graphic design in general
  9. Experience of working closely with developers, product owners and senior stakeholders in an agile environment. 
  10. Experienced in designing responsive web applications, branding and marketing material.
  11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  12. Some print design experience desirable
  13. Work well under pressure both independently and within a team
